Here is a picture of what I was given on Mother's Day. In the back you will see some sort of bean plant (two actually) in a plastic cup and in the front is some potting soil, a pot and seeds that I was given. I have no idea what they are...
After owning the then thriving bean plants for only four days I almost killed them but it appears that I have revived one. The other has a good stalk near the soil but the rest is garbage. I have no idea where or if I should cut the dying plant in order to save it's life, all I know is that if they aren't watered everyday they wilt. I also bought a bigger pot and some potting soil as they have obviously outgrown their little starter cup. Let's hope they survive the transplant.
The seeds in front were planted four days ago so only time will tell if it will even get little sprouts...
I've never been able to keep a plant alive. I think people lie when they say it's like taking care of a child as I have two and neither have wilted or died on me. :P
I have a sad feeling that many, many, many, many plants will be harmed in my quest for turning my brown thumb green.
